Summary: The staff is exceptionally helpful and polite.They went out of their way to help. Hotel could use onsite restaurant or room service. You have to walk to city center if you want lunch or dinner.

Summary: Short walk to Piazza Grande, the centre of Modena. Generous buffet breakfast, ask for fried eggs if you like them. They took a photo copy of my credit card on arrival.i was uncomfortable about that and got it back on departure. Staff very friendly and obliging.
